How it works

From application to paid, in one place.

Four steps replace the manual wholesale grind. Each one hands off to the next, so an approved buyer becomes a paid invoice without you touching a spreadsheet.

Apply

Buyers apply through a branded wholesale registration form on your storefront, with spam protection and tax-ID capture built in.

Approve

One click creates a native Shopify B2B company account with payment terms and a credit limit. No manual admin work.

Enforce

The credit limit is enforced at checkout by a Shopify validation function, so an over-limit order is stopped before it is placed.

Get paid

Track accounts receivable with aging, send branded statements, and let automatic reminders chase overdue invoices.

Everything you need to run wholesale on Shopify

The five pieces that turn net terms into paid invoices.

From the wholesale registration form to the final reminder, TermFlo covers the whole lifecycle, on any paid Shopify plan.

Credit limits enforced at checkout

A Shopify checkout validation function blocks orders that would push a company past its credit limit. The check runs at checkout itself, so an over-limit order is stopped rather than discovered later.

CHECKOUTOVER LIMIT
Order total$6,200
Credit remaining$0 of $5,000
Blocked, exceeds credit limit

Automatic payment reminders

Dunning that runs itself. Friendly reminders before due dates, firmer nudges after, on a cadence you control.

Storefront application form

A branded, spam-protected wholesale registration form embedded in your theme. Buyers apply where they already shop.

One-click approvals

Approve an applicant and TermFlo provisions the native B2B company, contact, payment terms, and credit limit automatically.

Receivables dashboard

FAQ

Questions about net terms, credit limits, and plans.

The essentials on plans, native B2B, and how TermFlo fits into your Shopify store.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Native B2B, meaning company accounts and payment terms, is available on every paid Shopify plan, from Basic to Plus. TermFlo works on all of them.

Does this create real Shopify B2B companies?

Yes. Approving an application creates a native Shopify B2B company with its contact, location, and payment terms. Everything lives in your Shopify admin, not a separate silo.

How are credit limits enforced?

A Shopify checkout validation function blocks any order that would push a company past its credit limit. The check runs inside Shopify's checkout rather than in your admin afterward, so the order is stopped before it is placed.

Can I set different net terms and credit limits per customer?

Yes. Every company account gets its own payment terms, from Net 7 to Net 90, and its own credit limit. You set both when you approve the application, and you can change them any time from the receivables dashboard.

What happens when a buyer goes over their credit limit?

Their order is blocked at checkout with a clear message asking them to settle the outstanding balance first. Available credit updates automatically as orders are placed and invoices are paid.

Can I import my existing wholesale customers?

Yes. Growth includes CSV import, so you can bring existing company accounts and opening balances in at once instead of re-entering them by hand.

How do the payment reminders work?

TermFlo sends automatic email reminders before and after each due date (dunning), on a cadence you set. You choose how many go out and how far past the due date they run, so an invoice keeps getting chased until it is paid.

What's included in the free plan?

Up to 5 wholesale customers with the branded application form and one-click approvals. That is enough to onboard your first accounts before you upgrade to enforce limits and automate receivables.
